Five-minute beta.6 evaluation
This sequence verifies source T0, virtual analog wiring, relay acquisition/protection, relay BO behavior, independent TESTSET BI timing, auto-stop, frozen evidence, and one-click re-arm without Npcap or external IEC 61850 equipment.
Before you begin
Download v0.1.0-beta.6 from GitHub Releases and compare SHA-256 with SHA256SUMS.txt.
Npcap, a merging unit, and field relay hardware are not required for this first workflow.
The timing model is deterministic behavioral software evidence, not calibrated relay-test equipment.
Closed-loop feeder run
What success looks like
BI2 can be earlier than the eventual operated-element pickup when another enabled element picks up first.
Relay internal TripLatched may request BO1, but the TESTSET result exists only after the virtual contact/wire/BI path is accepted.
After auto-stop, configured source values remain for repeatability while actual output is explicitly OFF and evidence is frozen.

Use authorized captures and verify APPID, MAC/VLAN, svID, dataset, confRev, mapping, scaling, quality, continuity, complete windows, and trust.
Install Npcap separately and use only an isolated, authorized laboratory network. ARVREL provides no switching authority.
